Part 1: How much sock yarn do I have? Can you tell my favorite dyer?

I finally
finished my Slippery Slope Socks I think they took forever but I did do several pairs in between them. I'm not really happy about how they turned out, each sock is different. The only thing I can think that I did differently is my tension was different.
I have started knitting in the Super Sock Scarefest. We will get a new pattern every 10 days. So I have to knit a little bit longer and harder every day. This competition is based on points not how fast you have to be creative take good pictures. I just want to knit the socks. I am behind in my 52 pair plunge so I hope this will catch me up.
Will I better get knitting so keep those sticks aclickn'.

I'll guess high... how about 325? It looks like you have a nice variety of yarn so it's hard to guess your favorite, but I'll hazard Yarn Pirate or Zen Garden (I'd guess Hazel Knits but I just read that's one of your favorites and I don't want to cheat).

I'm going to guess 273 and Opal. Both are just shots in the dark. Whatever the total, it's certainly a beautilful bundle of potential .
I will say 277.I won't guess what your favorite is because I saw alot of different yarns there.All very pretty.It would be hard to pick a favorite.
Yeesh - that's a lot of yarn. I have to show my husband so he'll get off my case for having a lot of yarn (nothing like that).

I am going to guess 300 skeins. Next time my husband harasses me about my stash I am going to show him these pictures. He keeps laughing when I tell him that I have a baby stash.

Amazing - just amazing! I am speechless both at the sight of the yarn and at some of the guesses.
I'll try 293 which is an amazing number of skeins.
I'd guess that there are about 230 skeins of yarn there. I feel so much better about the size of my stash right now. I don't feel superior, but I do have that guilty pleasure of knowing that I'm not as bad as someone else!

As for the dyer I don't know. But I'm guessing 114.

I am going to guess 150 - but looks like I may be a tad low on the guess from the ones posted!
I thought I had a lot of yarn....but I dont have this much SOCK yarn! LOL
(I would show this to hubby to show him I am not all that bad as collectors go....but then he probably would want to delve into my collection to compare and that would be shameful!)
